Building a house 1st part

My parents just recent bought a house and its a mammoth task for me, why? because I have to be responsible to renovate it............... before chinese new year, it is about 35 days of time for me to do things.

So how am I going to do my work... first finding out a contractor to quote.... one , two chinese contractor didn;t work out well because of pricing, they charge me about 16~25K, its not very expensive but it still I feel I can do better than that.

So at the end, I get the Indonesian worker from my very next neighbour to work a deal for me. I get it to cut it down near half of what thos chinese contractor willing to work on, but I get a lot more extra....
